Arm movement relative to the chest
There is no shortage of creative explanations, comparisons and demonstrations about how the arms move in the golf swing. You've probably seen them: Everything from a made-up reference frame to a golf coach in his swimsuit insisting the arms do this or do that. The goal here is to clear some of the cobwebs from this concept, and separate the science from the fiction. This introductory video will give you a solid understanding of how the lead arm works relative to the chest for a good player. We'll follow with other videos examining some of the other components of the backswing before we move on to the downswing. At the end of this cycle, you'll know what factors really influence your swing, and how to adjust them to shoot your lowest scores.
