Lesson and Membership Policies

  1. All golf lesson purchases are valid for the season in which they’re purchased. The 2026 season begins 11/20/25 and ends on 10/20/26. The 2027 season begins 11/25/26 and ends on 10/25/27.

  2. Lesson payments are due at the time of booking. Payments must be made through the online reservation system.

  3. Memberships are non-refundable once they have started or 30 days after purchase.

  4. Refunds for the Two-hour lesson are available up to 14 days before the scheduled lesson. Please contact Michael Jacobs at mj@jacobs3d.com to cancel, he will issue your refund.

  5. Rescheduling for the Two-hour lesson is available up to 7 days before the scheduled lesson. Please contact Michael Jacobs at mj@jacobs3d.com to reschedule, send the date and time you would like to reschedule for and he will make the adjustment for you.

  6. Refunds for the One-day Immersion are available up to 30 days before the scheduled lesson. Please contact Michael Jacobs at mj@jacobs3d.com to cancel, he will issue your refund.

  7. Rescheduling for the One-day Immersion is available up to 14 days before the scheduled lesson. Please contact Michael Jacobs at mj@jacobs3d.com to reschedule, send the date and time you would like to reschedule for and he will make the adjustment for you.

  8. Refunds for seminars and workshops are available up to 60 days before the event (minus a $100 re-stocking fee). For cancellations within 60 days of the event, your seat will be offered for sale. If the seat is purchased, your purchase price will be refunded less a $100 re-stocking fee—otherwise, no refund is available.

  9. Due to the high demand for Michael Jacobs’ services, all policies are strictly adhered to with no exceptions.
