Lesson and Membership Policies

  • All golf lesson purchases are valid for the season in which they’re purchased. The last day of the season in 2025 is October 19th.

  • Lesson payments are due at the time of booking. Payments must be made through the online reservation system.

  • Memberships are non-refundable once they have started or 30 days after purchase.

  • Refunds for the Two-hour lesson are available up to 14 days before the scheduled lesson.

  • Rescheduling for the Two-hour lesson is available up to 7 days before the scheduled lesson.

  • Refunds for the Two-day Immersion are available up to 30 days before the scheduled lesson.

  • Rescheduling for the Two-day Immersion is available up to 14 days before the scheduled lesson.

  • Refunds for seminars and workshops are available up to 60 days before the event (minus a $100 re-stocking fee). For cancellations within 60 days of the event, your seat will be offered for sale. If the seat is purchased, your purchase price will be refunded less a $100 re-stocking fee—otherwise, no refund is available.

  • Junior Camp payment is due at the time of registering. Registration can only be made through the online system. The Camp is only available for 4 participants, so please register early. If for some reason your camper cannot attend, your seat will be offered for sale. If the seat is purchased, your purchase price will be refunded less a $100 re-stocking fee otherwise, no refund is available.
