Padraig Harrington Wins Again!
Everything Padraig Harrington has been working on recently was on full display at the Simmons Bank Championship this weekend. Paddy smashed a 320-yard tee shot on the last hole and hit a three-quarter 5-iron on the green to set up the birdie that would give him a two-shot win over Y.E. Yang. It was the fourth straight year Harrington won…..

Chen Wins Back to Back NCAA Events
“I recommend ‘movement hygiene' before speeding up the system.”
People often ask about the work Chen and I are doing, and the answer is: a lot! Recently, we’ve been concentrating on a few key areas: the right hip joint, the right side lateral line, the rotational timing and speed of his body segments, and how he redirects force at the bottom of his swing near impact.
I have never once pushed Chen to focus on speed; instead, I’ve prioritized movement hygiene, and as a result, he’s naturally achieved a ball speed of over 180 mph.
Chen Wins the Season Opener
Summer might seem to be the time college students take a break, but Peicheng Chen kept working hard on his game—and the effort paid off this week. He shot 5-under 206 over 54 holes at the Bethpage golf complex to win the prestigious Doc Gimmler event. Chen was....
New Webinar - ‘Biomechanics Greatest Hits’ Sept. 24th
A frequently asked question is, "What are the most valuable insights from golf biomechanics that can enhance my game without requiring extensive study?"
This question resonates with me, which is why this webinar will focus on the five greatest hits of our biomechanical research. Each hit will be covered, followed by a Q&A session.

Online Class for May 30th - The Hip Dive
The biomechanical analysis of a swing is a massive undertaking—even when you have cutting-edge software to crunch the numbers like we do at Jacobs 3D. With a subject that complex, it can often be very helpful to break it down one piece at a time and work your way through it systematically…..
Winning is Not Easy
Sometimes a score—or even a trophy—doesn't tell the whole story. It's always a thrill to see a student win a tournament, whether it's a flight trophy at a club championship, a college event, or a Tour event. Seeing Padraig Harrington holding the trophy Sunday….
