I always like to perform “real-world” experiments to see if what we’re finding in the research matches the felt experience. This video demonstrates what happens in the interaction between you and the golf club. It might challenge what you may have heard about the way players push and pull on the handle down near the ball. It is a heavy subject so we broke it down into two parts.
