Rory's Mass Center Movement

Below are some images of Rory Mcilory's center of mass movement of his entire body.

One thing we are taking a look at is how the golfer stabilizes in all 3 dimensions during their range of motion. From putt to drive there are some distinct commonalities among skill level.

For example: when the golf club is gripped by the human body you now have a system of golfer and club. As expected, a key moment is when the golf club starts to move out away from the player on the downswing and how the body begins to balance itself in all 6 degrees of freedom.

One thing that has never been discussed has been the affects of the golf club moving towards the golfer in the latter stages of the back swing. This has been an interesting and very teachable area of the golf swing.
