Lesson Member Update
With the sun and warmer temperatures, Rock Hill is rounding into great form—and lesson members have been very busy taking advantage of the indoor and outdoor lessons. We have a lot of members who have already finished their packages. Swings are getting better and early season scores are showing results—without the usual rust that accumulates when you forget about your game for a few months.
With that change in the weather, it's time to start thinking about scheduling the playing lesson portion of your membership. That part of the program begins in June, and takes place on a combination of Thursday and Sunday dates. It's a chance to play a round with our pros and some of your fellow members. There are some fantastic players who will be working on their games at Rock Hill this summer. New teaching professional Kyle Brey was the No. 1 player at Barry University and years of experience competing on the mini-tours and in state and section events. My long-time student Peicheng Chen just won the Big East Tournament and qualified for the NCAA Tournament as an individual and will be looking to add to his trophy case, which already includes the Long Island Amateur, New York State Open and MGA Public Links.
