ProAgenda.com - the Official Scheduling Program for Jacobs 3D

As we all can attest, 2020 has been a hectic year. Due to the worldwide pandemic we have seen golf operations go from shutting down to unprecedented interest in the game. Tee times have been selling out and so has golf instruction. We are used to a sold out schedule here at Jacobs 3D but for the first time we were challenged by the fact that the golf shop was unable to open until June. I was faced with a shut down Motion Capture Lab, a golf shop that was inaccessible and a full slate of lessons. The traditional methods that I used for bookkeeping and instructional organization was unable to keep up. The state mandated that golfers and lesson takers had to pay in advance and go right to the lesson area without any gathering situations.

With the online scheduler I was using overloaded and unable to track all the accounting needs, I turned to my friend Bob Kruijs who I met at the PGA Show. Bob works for ProAgenda.com which is an online lesson booking and accounting system exclusively for golf teachers. Faced with the need to make an instant decision, I turned over this part of my business to Bob and the ProAgenda team. They proceeded to build me a robust scheduler that also took care of ALL record keeping, packages, payments, playing lessons, monthly programs and research reports for my Ambassadors.

Since I switched over to ProAgenda, I have spent ZERO time on the back end and have freed all of those hours for teaching and focusing on my research.
