Ground Forces Webinar Next Thursday

Ground Forces are an incredibly popular—and misunderstood—topic. They've become the talk of the tour golf telecasts and many teachers use the term as a kind of shorthand for the way the lower body should work during the swing. But everything you've seen about Ground Forces so far just scratches the surface. I'm so excited to take the wrapper off the topic next week and discuss what's really happening during our interaction with the ground—and what players can do in practical terms to diagnose any issues and make meaningful improvements.

The series of golf biomechanics Sprints we've done in the last few months have been a highlight of the season. It's been fantastic to interact with dozens of swing enthusiasts as we do deep dives into material that really makes good swings go.  Registration for the Ground Forces Sprint closes on July 24, and the webinar happens July 25 from 730-9 pm ET on Zoom. Click the button below for more details and to register, see you there.
